Circle of Neighbors
This 20 year old service
organization was founded by Tom Lloyd who, as the father of four children himself, found that there was an enormous lack
of information available to parents regarding the mysterious process of higher education.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom understands the problems parents and
students face when starting to navigate through this daunting process. He also experienced the disappointment when
a parent was unable to save enough to pay the growing tuition fees dictated by institutions throughout the United
States.
He vowed to learn how one child could get admitted to a prestigious college or university with little or no expense
and another could go without -- regardless of financial need!
His two oldest of his four children have now graduated from college with their chosen degrees. Tom's total
outlay was well under $5000 for both to attend a four year schedule. One graduated from
University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ where Circle of Neighbors
membership services is based and the other from Loyola University in
New Orleans named one of the 2004 Best Colleges by US News..
Many people have told Tom, I wish I would have known this when I went to school. Tom shares his no-nonsense
no-gimmick approach of financial guidance with his members through a number of materials.
